Celebrating our 15th Anniversary

As the founder and CEO of PegaStaff, I am very proud to announce that we recently celebrated our 15th anniversary. It has been quite a journey: we have evolved from a San Francisco based software development company to a Scottsdale based staffing organization. Through it all, we could not have achieved this milestone without our valued clients, candidates and staff. I would like to thank all the people and organizations that have been kind enough to do business with us over the years. We appreciate all the past opportunities, and look forward to doing much more for you in the years ahead.

As proud as I am of our past accomplishments, I am even more excited about the future. We are in the process of building a very strong team in our Scottsdale HQ, spearheaded by our new Managing Director, Mike Murphy. Mike and I share a vision for the future of PegaStaff; a vision built upon a foundation of outstanding customer service.

A Green Resolution

Almost everything we do everyday has an impact on our planet. But going green can do more than just impact the rainforest or the landfills; it can have an effect on a person’s health, bank account, and quality of life. Nowadays there are articles, talk shows, and documentaries alike that give tips and suggestions on how to make green changes to everyday life. Well PegaStaff is jumping on the green bandwagon and is implementing changes to make the business more environmentally friendly. We no longer supply individual plastic water bottle and purchase 100% recycled paper towels.

We limit printing and are conscientious of recycling paper goods and have easy access to recycle bins. We also encourage all staff to access their paychecks online via our payroll vendor and save the printing of a paper check, contact PegaStaff HR for more information on how to change to Paperless Paychecks!

Moving Day

PegaStaff is pleased to announce that we have moved to a new office location. The new office premises are located in Scottsdale, Arizona. All of us at PegaStaff are excited about this move as the additional space and wonderful location will greatly facilitate our escalating growth. In addition, “I wanted our employees to have access to things that were important to them both professionally and personally” shared Mark Arshinkoff, CEO of PegaStaff. Access to stores, restaurants, and meeting venues were top priorities in this search.

Taking Care of Our Staff

PegaStaff is excited to announce that we are now adding Short Term Disability (STD) Insurance to our benefits package. This is a benefit we are offering at no cost to you! STD Insurance is designed to pay a benefit for a period of time in the event you cannot work because of a covered illness, injury, pregnancy, or mental disorder. This benefit replaces a portion of your weekly income, helping you to meet your financial commitments just when you may need it most.
