PegaStaff’s core competency is to identify contract, contract-to-hire or direct hire top talent in the IT, Engineering and Professional fields.  PegaStaff’s goal is to integrate, and continue to automate, the Contingent Workforce process and deliver these efficiencies in faster hiring time to our clients.

With our proprietary advanced technology, Global Retriever™, our goal is that our clients will not have a need for additional suppliers. Our strategic direction is to access and provide talented candidates, while reducing manual labor costs associated with delivering these candidates to our clients. We will continue to work as a consultative resource to our clients, and utilize flexible labor strategies to meet our client’s unique staffing needs.
